Dallas Brown is a composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. His deep connection with Nature and Nature’s spirits has brought him to the Native American Flute. His journey with the NAF started in 2005 when he received his first flute as a gift. He eventually got together with longtime friend Gabriel Edgar and formed the group Wounded Healer, mixing Native American Flutes and Flamenco/Classical influenced acoustic guitar. He pushes the boundaries with the NAF by performing in projects of many different genres. With such a strong passion for the NAF, he started learning different styles of flutes from all over the world, such as the Bansuri, Shakuhachi, Celtic Flute, Duduk and the Ney. By bringing sacred flute medicine from different cultures and their traditions to the people, his journey allows him to heal with meditation, sound and vibration, and nurture a better understanding and awareness of energy and the power of the mind, body and spirit.
